Hunterdon Art Museum

We at Muller Toyota love being part of the Clinton, New Jersey community. We appreciate the hometown feeling and wonderful things to do. One of our favorite places to visit is the Hunterdon Art Museum.

The Hunterdon Art Museum was founded in 1952 and is located in a 19th century stone mill. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and is considered to be a landmark of Clinton.

The Museum showcases the artwork, crafts, and designs of established and emerging contemporary artists. In addition to the rotating exhibits, the Museum also offers art classes and workshops for adults and children.

Guided tours are often offered on Sunday afternoons. These tours are led by a volunteer docent and highlight the exhibits throughout the historic building. If you are interested in a tour, it is recommended to call in advance to make sure a gallery tour is available.

If making art is more interesting than seeing art, the Hunterdon also offers an ArtZone for all visitors. This is a family friendly space where children and adults can make art. This area is included with admission into the Hunterdon.

If you are looking for something to do in Clinton, we highly recommend visiting the Hunterdon Art Museum. And with exhibits that change regularly, you can visit over and over again!
